WHAT IS AN AI SKILL?
Think of it as a trained assistant you add to Claude or ChatGPT. It is a small folder of files: the step-by-step method the AI must follow, the templates it fills in, the checks it runs on itself, and a worked example. 2. No pillar? Build one
Eight questions, about twenty minutes, your answers kept word for word. That transcript becomes the pillar and gets mined like any other. Any figure you can't point at is written as a gap, never as a stat.

3. Write the pieces
LinkedIn in founder and company voice (different jobs), a document post, an X thread, a newsletter, short-video scripts, community posts, WhatsApp broadcasts, and a blog derivative aimed at what buyers type.

HOW TO SET IT UP (about a minute)
1. Download the zip and unzip it. Inside: a START-HERE file, INSTALL steps for Claude, and CHATGPT-SETUP for ChatGPT.
2. Claude app: Settings → Capabilities → Skills → Upload skill (or add the files to a Project). Claude Code: drop the folder into ~/.claude/skills/. ChatGPT: follow CHATGPT-SETUP (copy-paste, about two minutes).
3. Type "demo" to watch the skill run on a built-in example. Then give it your own details in plain English.

FAQ
Q: How is this different from just asking Claude or ChatGPT?

Bring both back and the next month is built from the bank and scored on what performed: hook formulas that worked get promoted a grade, ones that lost twice get demoted, and no new pillar is required.

Q: Does it work in languages other than English?
A: Yes. A brand publishing entirely in German or Spanish gets the whole month written to that language's character counts and formality register rather than an English month translated. Adding a second language localises the three strongest pieces, with hooks written fresh instead of translated, and anything a native speaker hasn't read is labelled as unreviewed.
