Think of it as a trained assistant you add to Claude or ChatGPT. It is a small folder of files: the step-by-step method the AI must follow, the templates it fills in, the checks it runs on itself, and a worked example. You load it once (about a minute), then talk to the AI in plain English the way you would brief a colleague. 1. Answer any objection
Paste what they said. You get the reframe, three response styles — logic, story, and the question that turns it around — the trap question to ask next, and what you must not say. Written objections get an email version under 60 words.

2. Build your concession ladder
Three rungs with the arithmetic done: scope, term, timing, plus the floor. Which rung you open on depends on what they said — a named budget figure opens scope, “can you do better?” opens term, a stall opens timing.

3. Build a competitor card
Their pitch stated fairly, where they genuinely beat you, where they're weak, the landmine questions to plant early, and a freshness stamp with a 90-day re-verify on their pricing.

4. Defuse it before it's said
Paste a proposal, quote or pitch and it names the top three objections that document is about to trigger, each traced to the line — or the absence — that produces it, with where the answer goes instead.

HOW TO SET IT UP (about a minute)
1. Download the zip and unzip it. Inside: a START-HERE file, INSTALL steps for Claude, and CHATGPT-SETUP for ChatGPT.
2. Claude app: Settings → Capabilities → Skills → Upload skill (or add the files to a Project). Claude Code: drop the folder into ~/.claude/skills/. ChatGPT: follow CHATGPT-SETUP (copy-paste, about two minutes).

WHY NOT JUST ASK THE CHATBOT?
• Arithmetic beats advice under pressure. “Trade, don't cave” is useless against a buyer with a number. WHAT IT WON'T DO (read this before buying)
• Cards argue from what you can prove. It won't invent competitor dirt, pricing you haven't seen, or a feature gap you can't demonstrate.
• It never invents your walk-away floor. Refuse to name one and it builds the scope rung only, and says plainly that it can't tell you when to walk.
• Contract, security and procurement objections get sales strategy, not legal interpretation. It arms the conversation; it can't fix a genuine product gap, and where you actually lose it says so.

FAQ
Q: How is this different from just asking Claude or ChatGPT?
A: A chatbot gives you one reasonable answer. This classifies the objection against a six-family taxonomy, detects when it's masking a different objection, gives you three response styles plus the trap question and a do-not-say list, computes your concession ladder, and then lets you rehearse the whole thing against a simulated prospect that scores you.

Q: What's a concession ladder, in practice?
A: Three trades with the maths already done, plus a floor. Scope drops to the next package down and names exactly what leaves with it. Term takes a stated percentage off the recurring line for a longer commitment, with the new first-year total shown. Timing holds current pricing against a real date on your calendar. The floor is printed for you and never said to the buyer.

Q: Won't admitting a competitor's strength lose me the deal?
A: The opposite, reliably. Buyers already know the comparison, and a card that pretends otherwise destroys your credibility on everything else you said. Conceding one true point buys you the authority to win the other five — and the section is built from the deals you already turn down, so it stays specific.

Q: What's the objection gym, really?
A: Role-play with scoring. You pick a difficulty, it plays a prospect who pushes back the way real ones do, and each answer is marked on four axes so a 6 means the same thing in March as it did in January. Every session ends in a report card and one appended line in a running log, which is where your weakest habit becomes visible.

Q: Is it a subscription?
