RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without
giving any reason. The period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or
a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquire physical
possession of the goods.

+48 532 283 395 - of your decision by an unequivocal statement, for example
an e-mail or a letter sent by post. You may use the model form below, but it
is not obligatory. To meet the deadline it is enough to send your
communication before the period expires.

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL

I will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of
delivery (except any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a
delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery I offer),
without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day I am informed of
your decision. I will use the same means of payment as you used, and you will
not incur any fees as a result. I may withhold reimbursement until I have
received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of sending them
back, whichever is earliest.

Send the goods back to ul. Ludwika Mroza 47, 34-730 Mszana Dolna, Polan
without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you inform me of
your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before that
expires. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are liable only
for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyo
what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

WHEN THIS RIGHT DOES NOT APPLY

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalised goods -
items made to your individual specification or serving your individuali
needs, which are not offered as a ready variant in my standard listings. This
follows Article 38(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act. You are inform
this before purchase and it is stated in the listing itself.

RELATION TO MY SHOP RETURN POLICY

My shop return policy gives you 30 days from delivery to contact me and send
the item back. That is longer than the statutory 14-day withdrawal peri
described above and applies in addition to it. Where the two differ, whichever
is more favourable to you applies. The statutory right is never limited
shop policy.

COMPLAINTS - GOODS NOT AS DESCRIBED

Separately from the right of withdrawal, I am liable for two years from
delivery if an item does not conform to the contract. Send a complaint to
wuchwycie@gmail.com with photographs. I respond to every complaint within
14 days on a durable medium. The remedies are repair or replacement first;
a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract where repair or
replacement is impossible, has been refused, or would not resolve the issue.

OUT-OF-COURT DISPUTE RESOLUTION

A consumer may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, inclu
the provincial inspector of the Polish Trade Inspection (mediation and the
permanent consumer arbitration court), the district or municipal consum
