What is your turnaround time?

The key is to keep an eye out for your preview proof in your etsy messages. We can typically have this ready to view about a day or two after you place your order. Once you have approved the proof we'll proceed with shipping!

Can I get a preview proof BEFORE I place my order?

Absolutely! We are happy to show you a proof prior to ordering. Just send us a message with the details and we'll work on that for you.

How will my framed print arrive?

Your framed print will arrive wrapped in brown paper and then packaged carefully into a box. If it is a gift we are be happy to write out a gift note so that the recipient knows who it is from (just let us know what you would like us to write out in your order notes during checkout.

How will my unframed print arrive?

Your unframed print will be rolled and shipped in a protective mailing tube.

I need this gift urgently and I saw your item the very last minute. Can I get it here in time?

If you are needing an item urgently please message us, referencing the item you are interested in, when you need it by, and your mailing zip. We'll then check the shipping times for you to make sure we can get it there in time.

Can all your prints be used as a wedding guest book alternative?

We have specific designs for the guest book prints that are sized appropriately to accommodate the signatures that you need on the print. This info is outlined in each listing but if in doubt please message us with questions.

How long does shipping take?

Domestic orders (lower 48 U.S States) is a suggested 3-5 business days, depending on location. You will be provided with a tracking number in your order. Your item is insured. We cover all domestic shipping costs! The customer will be responsible for shipping costs to AK and HI, to be billed separately. International orders can take 2-3 weeks in transit. You will be provided with a tracking number and your item is insured. Any customs duties incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
