DO I HAVE TO PAY MONTHLY?

Nope! Every template here is a one-time purchase. You pay once, it is yours to keep and reuse for as long as you like, and there is no subscription.

WHAT DO I NEED TO USE IT?

It depends which one you buy. Most are built for Google Sheets™ or Google Docs™ and need a free Google account and a laptop or desktop, since Google Sheets is awkward on a phone screen. Some listings also include a Microsoft Excel or Word version in the same download, and those need no Google account at all. The printable pages need nothing but a printer. Each listing says which formats you get.

HOW DO I ACCESS IT AFTER BUYING?

Your download appears on your Etsy Downloads page as soon as your payment is confirmed. Open the PDF and everything is inside it: anything that needs copying comes with a link that puts your own copy in your own Google Drive, and anything printable is ready to print exactly as it is. Where a listing includes an Excel or Word version, that file is in the same download, ready to open.

IS THIS PROFESSIONAL ADVICE?

No. These are organizing tools. Any category names, checklists or procedure notes are general guidance only, and nothing here is tax, legal or accounting advice. For anything that matters, please check with a qualified professional. Templates that describe how a meeting is run follow the practice most volunteer boards use, and your own bylaws always take precedence.

WHAT IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG?

Email me and I will try to sort it out. Beyond that, these are templates you copy into your own Google account, so the file is yours and under your control once you have it. They come as they are, with no guarantee they will fit every situation or stay error free. Keep a backup before you enter real numbers, and check your own totals before you rely on them for anything that matters.

CAN I SHARE THIS? WHAT ARE YOUR FULL TERMS?

Buying gives you a license to use the template yourself, or inside the one organization you bought it for. You can copy it, edit it, rebuild it, use it year after year, share it with the other officers or staff who work in it alongside you, and hand it to whoever takes the role after you. What you cannot do is resell it, give it away, post the download or the copy link anywhere public, or list it as your own product. It stays my copyright, so you are buying the right to use it rather than ownership of it. If you need it for more than one organization, message me and we can sort something out. IS THERE AN EXCEL VERSION?

For some of them, yes. Where a listing includes one, the Microsoft Excel version sits in the same download as the Google Sheets™ version, at no extra cost, and the listing says so. The rest are built for Google Sheets™ and Google Docs™. If you bought one of those listings before the Excel version existed, open your Etsy Downloads page and download the files again. It will be there.

One row per car, one seat per name.

A carpool board for the weeks that fill the group chat: orientation, the sports season, the field trip. List the days once, list everyone once, and every car gets a row with its seats. Select a name to fill a seat and the whole group can see who is riding with whom and who is driving.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Setup: everyone in the group, who drives them, seats for others, and your days.
2. Carpool: add a car for each driver, pick which way (to the event or back home), then select names to fill the seats. Cream means open, green means filled. Anyone can add anyone; a sibling or a neighbor works fine.
3. Share it. Anyone with the link can add a car or fill a seat, so nobody has to ask.

Yellow means you type, grey fills itself in. Room for 8 days, 6 cars a day and 60 people, and a fresh copy is one click when you need more. No formulas to learn and nothing to install.
