Highlights
This is a vintage cardboard dollhouse made by Built-Rite in the 1940s, the largest I've ever seen. It comes in its original box, the bottom of which flips over and has divots where you place the tabs to build the house. The original instruction sheet is not there anymore, but I found this pretty easy to assemble. The interior and exterior colors are bright and beautiful. Comes with some yard decorations: Some trees, topiary, a baby carriage, and a little cat.
House has the kind of wear and tear you'd expect: a tab or two is missing from interior pieces, but nothing that seemed to affect structure. The front door is disconnected, as is the back of one of the chimney pieces, and the edge of the 2nd floor (see photos). This kind of thing I like to fix with a small bit of washi tape on the inner side, but I leave that up to the buyer!
