Each sheet of vinyl is 12"x12". We have one listing that has sizes of 12”x24” down to 6”x6”. If you need bigger or smaller, please contact us.

I placed a previous order and it hasn't shipped, can I add more?

Yes, please purchase another order and in the notes section mention that you have another order and would like to combine the two orders. We will refund the extra shipping charge.

I'm unhappy about my purchase, can I return it?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery to you. The product must come back to us in condition to sell again. We charge a restocking fee of 20%.

Can I return a custom order?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for custom orders. Unless we have made a mistake ourselves.

How long does it take for the item to get to me?

We ship within 1-3 days (usually much quicker). Once it is shipped, plan on it taking another 4-7 days. If you choose "Expedited Shipping" then it will ship the same day purchased (if before 2 PM MST) Priority Mail, which is a 2-3 day delivery time.

If I order more than one sheet, am I charged for shipping twice?

No, we offer a flat rate shipping cost of $6.00 no matter how many sheets you order. So if you order 1 or 100 the cost is the same. It is to your advantage to order more sheets per order to bring the cost per sheet down.

With a charge of $6.00 for shipping, surely it is shipping "Priority Mail" right?

No, unfortunately it is not. We ship first class unless you order more than 11 adhesive sheets or 7 heat transfer sheets. Once it hits more than the required amount, we do not charge you more and we do ship Priority Mail. The cost of $6.00 is for postage, cost of the envelope/mailing tube, and the label to get to you. There are many things that factor into a "shipping" charge.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. You must contact us to initiate a return. From there, it must be received within 21 days of delivery for a refund. The buyer is charged a 20% restocking fee and also for paying to have the item shipped back to us. If you don't like your purchase, or feel it isn't up to your standards of quality, it is still the same refund policy. Your interpretation of "quality" may be different than ours. If you have used part of the order and are then not satisfied, you will be charged for the product used no exceptions. We do not know how or where the product has been used or under what conditions. Please respect our return policy. Many Etsy sellers do not have returns. We do, please respect it.

Adhesive Vinyl:

This vinyl is printed on professional quality Orajet 3164 which is a permanent, 4mil, 4yr outdoor high quality gloss adhesive vinyl. (Specs comparable to Oracal 651.) Great to use on glass, metal, plastic, and much more (not recommended for interior walls). Can be cut with machines like Silhouette Cameo, Explore, Expression or by hand. This is weather-fast with a permanent adhesive.
Orajet is made by Orafol, the makers of Oracal; actual sheet size may vary +/- 1/4"; vinyl sheets are custom printed in batches therefore it is possible there will be slight color variations between batches; adhesive side is white.

Heat Transfer Vinyl:

This product is CPSIA certified as child safe being phthalate and lead free. It comes in a matte finish and is printed with Eco-Solvent ink. Please be aware that because this type of heat transfer vinyl is printed,it does come with one sheet (12"x12") Siser TTD Easy Mask. It is possible (BUT NOT GUARANTEED) that you may be able to get two uses out of each piece of Easy Mask. Prior to use, use a lint roller on fabric to remove excess fibers. After the first use, immediately place used Easy Mask back on Easy Mask backing. Cut pattern with the printed side facing up. DO NOT cut pattern mirrored or in reverse.

Washing Instructions:
Turn garment inside out. Machine wash COLD with mild detergent. NO bleach. Dry at a normal dryer setting on household machines. Do not dry clean. Instructions apply to the material only, please follow garment washing instructions as well.

Application Instructions:
Cut pattern with the printed side facing up. DO NOT cut pattern mirrored or in reverse. Preheat Garment for 2 to 3 seconds at 295°F/146°C. Apply medium pressure for about 15-20 seconds and then peel HOT.

Testing:
Always test on a fabric swatch prior to production, especially on heavily treated fabrics.
