PRINTING DETAILS

• Designs are professionally printed and heat-applied to the garment.

• Single-color designs are generally printed in black on light-colored apparel and white on dark-colored apparel unless the listing photos show otherwise or another available option is requested.

• Some multicolor designs may work better with certain garment colors. Dark design elements may not be visible on dark apparel, and light design elements may not be visible on light apparel.

• Glitter, metallic, foil, embroidery, sequin, distressed, or textured effects shown in the artwork are digitally printed effects unless the listing specifically states otherwise.

• No actual glitter, foil, sequins, rhinestones, or embroidery will be applied unless specifically stated in the listing.

SIZING INFORMATION

Our apparel has a unisex fit unless otherwise stated.

Please use the size chart shown in the listing images before selecting your size. T-shirt and sweatshirt measurements are different, so make sure you review the correct size chart for the apparel type you select.

Measurements are approximate and may vary slightly due to the manufacturing process.

For a more fitted appearance, consider ordering one size down. For an oversized fit, consider ordering one or more sizes up. Compare the listing’s size chart with a similar garment that fits you well before ordering.

PERSONALIZATION

• Enter personalization exactly as you want it printed, including spelling, capitalization, punctuation, and numbers.

• Personalization will be printed as submitted unless the design requires a specific capitalization or layout.

• Longer names or phrases may be resized to fit the available design area.

• If the Personalization box is used only to confirm a color or design option, follow the instructions shown in the listing.

• Please contact us before ordering if you would like a change that is not offered in the listing.

• Once production has started, changes to the personalization, size, color, design, or shipping address may not be possible.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• Turn the garment inside out before washing
• Machine wash in cold water with similar colors
• Wash garment-dyed apparel separately before wearing
• Use mild detergent
• Do not use bleach
• Do not use fabric softener
• Tumble dry on low or hang to dry
• Do not dry clean
• Do not iron directly over the printed design
• Avoid high heat

Some fading or color transfer may occur with garment-dyed apparel, especially during the first few washes. This is a normal characteristic of the garment-dyeing process.

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

• Processing time is generally 1–3 business days
• Processing times may be longer during holidays, peak seasons, or periods of high order volume
• Processing time and shipping time are separate
• The estimated delivery date shown by Etsy is an estimate and is not guaranteed
• Tracking information will be provided when the order ships

Orders are shipped to the address entered during checkout. Please contact us immediately if an address correction is needed. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after production begins.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS

Personalized or customized items generally cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
