Response from Lexi
I'm sorry to hear your initial order didn't arrive! While delivery is unfortunately outside of my control once an order ships, I'm always happy to work with customers when issues come up. In this case, a replacement was sent at no additional cost. I want to make sure every customer is taken care of!

Specifications
The perfect tote for your favorite cowgirl 🤎
This personalized Western tote features a warm, vintage-inspired patchwork design with horses, cattle, cacti, mountain landscapes, florals, and classic Western details in rich navy, rust, cream, and earthy tones.
IMPORTANT: The tote is not actual patchwork or stitched together, rather, professionally printed to appear quilted. Each tote may vary slightly in size, and can be up to 1" smaller than the listed dimensions on each side due to the stitching process. Each tote is also reinforced with a T- bottom, so the bottom is slightly narrower than the top.
Personalize it with a name to create a one-of-a-kind bag for bachelorette weekends, bridesmaid gifts, Western weddings, birthdays, rodeos, country concerts, vacations, or everyday use.
It’s especially cute for a Western or cowgirl-themed bachelorette party—personalize one for each bridesmaid for a practical gift they can use long after the weekend is over!
PLEASE NOTE
The patchwork, quilting, stitching, and Western artwork are printed designs and are not individually sewn or embroidered patches. The fabric has a textured appearance that helps give the artwork its cozy, vintage patchwork look.
