What does it mean when you state your patterns are for Personal use only?

Personal use means that the purchaser of the pattern has purchased the right to use the pattern for the purpose of learning, practicing and producing a copy of the original design. This recreation is meant to be obtained by said purchaser or gifted to a loved one. The patterns are not intended to be used for the production of embroidered items to be sold for profit!

I'm from the EU / Ireland and Etsy won't let me checkout with a digital pattern, why is this?

This is due to the new GPSR rules now being followed by Etsy! International sellers need to verify their products with an EU liaison, which I'm not able to take on at the moment. Thank you for trying to support the shop! Please message me if you have any further questions.

How do I transfer the Pattern template to the fabric?

Each pattern comes with a page of instructions on how to transfer the template using the light transfer method! There are also a lot of helpful transferring videos on youtube to watch if you're more visual. I personally love using the Pilot Frixion pens in black to transfer my patterns as they are easy to use on stretched fabric and easy to erase with a hairdryer or iron after I've finished stitching.

What do I do if my pattern isn't downloading properly from the purchase email Etsy sent me?

You can find the pattern you purchased and a button to download it under your Purchase orders on your Etsy account (this is easier to find on the online store vs the app.)

When I try to print the PDF, it is really large and zoomed in on the page?

This is due to the fact the PDF is a far larger file then a printer page, but was sized to fit a normal sheet of letter sized paper. Select "Fit to Scale" on your printer settings to fix this issue!

What do I do if the cursive letters are scrambled on my PDF?

This may be due to your computer not recognizing the cursive font upon opening the file and scrambling it. Downloading the PDF to your desktop should solve this!

Is there a Kit available for every pattern in your shop?

With my business being so small and independently ran (solo by myself) it only allows me to keep a small amount of kits stocked at a time! I try to keep popular kits stocked as much as I can, but I'll typically carry more kits in the Fall and Winter months (especially around the holidays)

I've seen your Fall and Holiday patterns elsewhere online, where are they in your shop?

My patterns (and occasionally kits) are mostly seasonally driven, so I put them up in shop around their respective seasons! August/September for Fall patterns & October/November for Holiday patterns!

Do your patterns come with the thread colours / numbers?

Yes, my patterns include a full colour list and colour guide, in addition to a bunch of other helpful info. Every pattern includes a "list of contents" found in the listing caption too!

Your patterns are priced a bit higher then other patterns on Etsy, why is that?

I've dedicated many years practicing and growing not only my embroidery skillset, but also my design, photography and teaching skills! This has allowed me to tweak and update both my original designs and templates over time: so I price my patterns to reflect this. Every pattern is hand drawn, physically stitched, photographed and written only by myself. I also take the time to create digital colour guides for ease of use! I appreciate any person who values the time and care I put into these patterns and still chooses to support my shop even with higher price points. With artificially generated patterns running rampant on the platform, we handmade creators truly appreciate those who value our dedication to doing it the tried & tested way.
