While the leather was soft and pliable and the snaps easy to snap, the black edging on the leather was uneven on several of the items. I ordered several sets and I appreciated the seller contacting me before shipping to ask if I wanted all the same colors or mixed. Since I was giving these as gifts I thought it would be better to get the mixed sets. I really liked the variety of colors and textures that she sent.
Very nice maker, picked out some custom colors, quick to respond and very friendly. The cord holders are really well made, really nice soft leather, and very good quality hardware. Will definitely order again from her.
