GOLDEN XANADU PHILODENDRON
Xanadu Gold

A LUMINOUS ROSETTE OF CHARTREUSE AND GOLDEN GREEN

Golden Xanadu takes the sculptural, increasingly divided foliage associated with Xanadu and moves it into a brighter palette. New leaves can open in vivid yellow-green and chartreuse before gradually deepening toward richer green as they mature.

Because several generations of foliage remain visible at once, an established plant can hold a living gradient of gold, lime, chartreuse and green across its canopy.

SELF-HEADING ARCHITECTURE

Golden Xanadu develops as a broad, layered, self-heading plant rather than a long trailing vine. Foliage emerges from a central structure and expands outward, gradually building a dense tropical silhouette.

That habit makes the plant especially effective where its entire form can be appreciated: a plant stand, tabletop or collection of architectural aroids.

FROM SIMPLE YOUNG LEAVES TO DEEPER DIVISION

Young foliage can begin with a simpler outline. As the plant gains maturity, later leaves develop the more pronounced lobing and divided form that gives Xanadu its distinctive texture.

The plant therefore changes through both color and shape. Fresh foliage supplies the brightest tones while mature leaves contribute deeper color and increasingly expressive outlines.

THE GOLDEN XANADU PALETTE

Light, maturity and individual growth influence the balance of yellow-green, chartreuse and deeper green. The brightest new leaf becomes part of the darker canopy over time, making room visually for the next luminous emergence.

CARE FOR BEAUTIFUL GROWTH

Light
Provide bright, indirect or filtered light to support compact growth and luminous foliage. Protect from prolonged harsh direct sun.

Water
Water thoroughly when the upper portion of the growing medium begins to dry, then let excess water drain freely.

Growing medium
Use an airy, well-draining tropical or aroid mix in a container with drainage.

Humidity and warmth
Moderate humidity and warm indoor conditions support attractive growth. Protect from frost and cold drafts.

ARRIVAL & ACCLIMATION

Unpack promptly, check the growing medium and provide stable indirect light. Allow the plant time to settle before repotting or making major environmental changes.

For ornamental use only; do not ingest. Keep out of reach of pets and small children.
