This is an appliqué embroidery design, as clearly stated in the listing title and description and shown in the listing photos. The plaid fabric pictured is an example of the fabric used to create the appliqué effect; it is not a separate design file. I understand there was a misunderstanding, and I offered the customer a replacement design from my shop as a goodwill solution. Unfortunately, the offer was declined. I always do my best to describe my designs accurately and help my customers.
