Pick a person and a tone and the Review Builder assembles a draft. Change the variant number on any line to get a different sentence. Then you edit it, because it is a draft and not a verdict.

2. Will it open in what I already use?
Yes. Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and Apple Numbers, the same file. Plain formulas only. No macros, no add ons, no account to make and nothing to install. There are no dynamic arrays, no XLOOKUP and no LAMBDA anywhere in it, which is exactly why it behaves the same in all three.

3. Will it get me in trouble?
It is built to do the opposite. The Calibration tab counts the shape of your own ratings against a normal spread and tells you in writing when more than sixty percent of your scores are the same number, which is the thing that gets a packet sent back. The Bias Check tab lists 25 patterns to search your finished draft for, including absolutes, vague praise, personality instead of behavior, and the adjectives that only ever get applied to some people.
