One revision round means one consolidated list of reasonable changes that stays within the agreed scope. A new workflow, additional dashboard, new data source, or major redesign is a new scope.

HOW THE PROCESS WORKS

1. MESSAGE ME FIRST. Describe the result you need, your Excel version, your current data format, and your must-have output. Screenshots or a redacted PDF are helpful.
2. I CONFIRM THE SCOPE. If the Starter package fits, purchase this listing. Larger projects receive a private Etsy Custom Order with the agreed price, deliverables, and timing.
3. YOU PROVIDE APPROVED INPUTS. Do not send passwords, payment details, Social Security numbers, medical information, or other regulated or sensitive data. If an Excel or CSV file is needed, we will first confirm the file-transfer email address or private-link method in Etsy Messages. You may then email the file with your Etsy order number in the subject, or send a private Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox link through Etsy Messages.
4. I BUILD AND TEST. I use fictional, redacted, or buyer-approved data while developing and checking the workbook.
5. YOU REVIEW. Send one consolidated revision list within 7 calendar days of first delivery.
6. I DELIVER THROUGH ETSY. The completed file and setup notes are uploaded to your Etsy order.

If the final price cannot be determined in advance, I will create a private Etsy Custom Order for the agreed scope. This listing is not a deposit and does not cover unlimited work.

COMPATIBILITY

• Microsoft Excel for Microsoft 365 on Windows is recommended.
• Tell me before purchase if you use Excel for Mac, Excel 2021 or earlier, Google Sheets, or another spreadsheet application.
• Macros, Power Query, external connections, and browser-based tools are not included unless explicitly written into the agreed scope.

DATA AND CONFIDENTIALITY

• You must own or have permission to share every file and data element you provide.
• Please use redacted or fictional data whenever possible.
• Do not provide passwords, payment-card data, bank credentials, Social Security numbers, medical information, protected HR data, tax identification numbers, or other regulated or sensitive information.
• Your source files are used only to complete your order and are not reused in templates, examples, marketing, or AI training.
• General development may be AI-assisted using fictional or abstracted information. Your unredacted source files will not be submitted to third-party generative AI services without your express written approval.
• HaulMetric-controlled working copies are scheduled for deletion within 30 days after final delivery, including downloaded files, source-file emails and attachments, and project cloud-folder copies, except where retention is required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes. Files retained by Etsy are governed by Etsy’s own policies.

LICENSE AND LIMITATIONS

The completed workbook is licensed to the purchasing person or business for its own internal use. It may not be resold, shared as a template, sublicensed, or redistributed. Unless separately agreed in writing, HaulMetric Studio retains ownership of reusable methods, generic components, and pre-existing materials while the buyer may use the customized delivered workbook internally.

The workbook is a decision-support tool. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, regulatory, safety, dispatch, or maintenance advice, and it does not replace professional review or source records. The buyer is responsible for validating final outputs before relying on them in business decisions.

Because this is a custom digital item, returns and exchanges are not accepted after work has begun or files have been delivered. If the delivered file does not match the written agreed scope, contact me through Etsy Messages so I can address it.
