THE TWO SHEETS THAT PAY FOR THIS PACK
Paint depth log. Typical UK factory film build runs roughly 90 to 140 microns, with only about 35 to 55 microns of that being clear coat. The sheet records three readings per panel, prompts you to flag any panel more than about 25% thicker than its neighbours as a likely respray or filler repair, and gives you a written correction-declined line to get signed — rather than finding out the hard way on a bonnet edge with a rotary.

Walkaround damage log. Defect codes and photo references that the customer initials before a mitt touches the car. Backed up by a diamond-cut alloy warning on the wheel sheet (acidic cleaner attacks the lacquer and causes white worming under the clear) and a mobile site page that prompts you to check whether the nearest gully is a surface-water drain, because wash water belongs in the foul sewer with the water company's agreement, not down a road gully.
