📦 How long will it take to receive my order?

Etsy provides an estimated delivery range during checkout. Please review it carefully before completing your purchase. These are estimated timeframes, not guarantees — delays can occur due to postal conditions, weather, or peak seasons. Refunds will not be issued for delivery delays. Upgrading to faster shipping (Priority or Express) only speeds up delivery, not production time. 📦 Shipping & Production Production typically takes 1–3 business days before your order ships. Shipping times vary depending on your location and postal service. : Within the U.S., orders usually arrive in 2–5 business days after dispatch, although during peak seasons (like Christmas or major holidays), delivery may take a few extra days due to carrier delays.

🏠 I need to change my address. Can I update it after ordering?

We only ship to the address provided at checkout to protect both the buyer and the seller under Etsy’s Purchase Protection Policy. If you need to update your address, please do so before placing your order. Learn more on Etsy’s Purchase Protection Program

🚫 Can I cancel or edit my order after payment?

Unfortunately, no. Because the production starts shortly after your order is placed, we cannot cancel or change it once submitted.

🔁 Can I return or exchange my purchase?

Because all items are made to order, we generally don’t accept returns or exchanges. Please review all product descriptions and size charts carefully before purchasing. If you’re unsure about sizing or customization, feel free to message me first. If an error was made on our part, We’ll gladly replace or remake the item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

📫 My tracking says “Delivered” but I didn’t get my package.

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, you may qualify for Etsy’s Purchase Protection program. Read more here: Etsy Purchase Protection Insurance can be added during checkout. Please note that we cannot issue refunds for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

🧵 Do you offer custom or personalized orders?

Yes! Many of our products can be customized or personalized. For personalized designs, we send a digital mockup for your approval before your order goes into production. This ensures that every detail is correct and you’re happy with your design before printing begins. Please send us a message before placing your order to confirm if a specific customization is possible.

⏰ Can you guarantee delivery by a specific date?

We cannot promise specific delivery dates since shipping times are managed by the carrier, postal and customs delays are beyond our control. If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us before purchasing to confirm whether it’s possible. Adding notes like “Needed by [date]” at checkout will not guarantee on-time delivery or qualify for a refund.

📭 What if my order gets returned to sender?

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer will be responsible for paying the reshipping cost. You’ll receive a link to cover the new shipping fee — please confirm your correct address before completing that payment. If reshipping isn’t completed within 30 days, the unclaimed items will be considered forfeited or donated.

💾 For Digital Downloads

Digital items are available for instant download right after your payment is confirmed. Because of the nature of digital products, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are not accepted once the file has been downloaded. If you encounter any issues with your file, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

📦 If I order multiple items, will they arrive together?

You will receive multiple deliveries. Since our products are made to order, your items could be shipped separately. Each package will have its own tracking number which will be sent to you via message, and delivery dates may vary slightly. Rest assured that you’ll receive all your items, even if they arrive on different days.
