Most wedding spreadsheets are really one spreadsheet — a budget, or a guest list — and
you end up running four of them that quietly disagree about how many people are coming.
This is the whole wedding in one workbook, and the numbers reconcile because they all
read from the same rows.

What's inside
- Budget — 150 lines. Category, estimate, actual, paid so far; balance due fills itself in. Six running totals across the top, including what's left of your budget.
- Guest List — 300 invitations. Group, party size, RSVP, meal, table, address, thank-you sent. Attending counts only the Yeses.
- Seating — 30 tables. Name them whatever you like; seated and seats-left come straight from the Table column on your guest list, so nobody gets typed twice.
- Vendors — 100 quotes side by side with contact, deposit and your own rating. Mark one Booked and it lands on the Dashboard.
- Timeline — 53 real tasks, from "get the quotes in writing" to "eat something before the ceremony", each already dated off your wedding date. Overdue ones say so.
- Dashboard — days to go, where the money is, who's coming, meals to order, seats filled, tasks overdue. Read-only, because it's all automatic.
- READ ME FIRST — two settings, three editable lists, and you're set up.

Built so you can't break it: every formula cell is locked, so the only cells you
can type in are the ones you're supposed to. Move the wedding date and all 53 due
dates move with it. A blank party size counts as one person — every headcount in the
workbook uses that same rule, so invited, attending and declined always add up.

Real-world details: works in Excel and free Google Sheets, so you and your partner
can share one copy and plan in it at the same time. Opens on Mac, iPad and phone. The
budget categories, guest groups and meal choices are yours to rename — every dropdown
and every total follows automatically. Sheets are protected with no password, so if you
ever want full control it's one click away.

Includes a one-page quickstart PDF that walks you from download to first entry, because
"where did my file go" shouldn't be the hard part.
