💚 The Story Behind the Design
Many years ago, my neighbor gave me a peony plant. Every spring, it is the first flowers to bloom in my garden.

Year after year, I watched it flower and fade, and its beauty gradually became part of my life. But for a long time, I never thought of using the flowers in my eco printing. Botanical eco printing usually relies more on leaves, as the tannins naturally present in many leaves help create lasting colors and impressions.

Then one spring, I noticed the fallen peony petals scattered on the ground. Even after the flowers had faded, the shapes of the petals were still so beautiful. I thought that even if their color could not last, perhaps I could still preserve the form of the peony through botanical printing.

This scarf was my first attempt.

To my surprise, it worked beautifully. The open shapes of the peony flowers remained on the silk, and some petals even left behind their own soft traces of color. The prints also proved to have very good colorfastness.

For the background, I used natural dyes with a tie-dye technique. The charcoal gray, silvery gray, and soft creamy tones create a beautifully layered background, while the lighter areas bring softness and brightness when the scarf is worn.

It is an elegant scarf made from mulberry silk satin — carrying the richness and elegance of peonies with a quiet, almost classical grace. At 65 × 65 cm, it is easy to wear around the neck or style in different ways..


❤️ Care
Gently hand wash separately in cool water with pH-neutral detergent. Please do not soak or bleach. Dry in the shade and iron on a silk setting if needed.

Each scarf is carefully wrapped in a handmade botanical eco-printed cotton bag.

A small botanical eco-printed card is also included. You can write your own message on it when giving the scarf as a gift, or you can simply keep it as a botanical bookmark.
