This is for the glass lampshade alone, fixture not included but may be available to purchase separately.

Very pretty frilly vintage french glass lampshade. In excellent condition.

Slight roughness, defects and shallow chips around the small opening from how it was formed.
You can see from the opening there is a layer of clear glass over the top of a layer of white glass.
Many wobbles, imperfections and areas of the surface which are uneven from production.

The listing is for the glass shade alone.
