We ask that you communicate any specific requests through our message conversation during the order process. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it in your message. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests!

Do you send previews before you ship items?

Due to the personalization and customization of most of our products, we always send a preview via Etsy messages (and when possible, to the email on the Etsy account) to give customers a chance to review the item before we make it. In cases of quick turn around time or very high volume seasons such as the holiday Christmas season (Nov-Dec), we may need to delay or forgo previews to prioritize making orders.

Custom and personalized orders

There are no refunds since every item is custom. If an item breaks in shipment we have insured its value up to $100 and you can submit the claim to USPS online to have that insurance amount sent to you as a check in the mail. If you would like more than $100 of insurance please let us know at the time of purchase. Note that when submitting an insurance claim **You MUST have photos of the item and the box/packaging and you must retain the box/packaging to take to the post office if proof of damage is required. Shipping insurance MAY also require that the customer take the damaged item to a waste yard for disposal and obtain proof of disposal . **Note that any damage must be reported to our shop within 48 hours of the package arriving.

Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mai l theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.

Custom and personalized orders

If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.

Custom and personalized orders

If we do not get a response from you about your order preview or questions we may have, we will delay your ship date by a week in an effort to give you time to respond. If your order directions are clear, we will proceed with making and shipping the order without your approval. We need to adhere to shop deadlines and can not hold orders beyond a certain date. I love these custom martini glasses so much. The colors are vibrant. The engraving is seamless. And the seller worked with me to do a design that is perfect for my home, the Soleil Chalet. Anyone who spends a lot of time imbibing outside, or who is clumsy and needs an indestructible martini glass, look no further.

This is a review of true customer service. The seller made some amazing custom insulated margarita glasses for me, but I also wanted martini glasses. She sourced the glasses from multiple manufacturers to determine which engraved better, and then sent ideas for design. These glasses are perfect foe poolside martinis!
