💚 The Story Behind the Design
The color palette of this scarf was inspired by Chinese blue-and-white porcelain, while its botanical composition came from the plants growing in my own garden in spring.

I created the rich, deep blue background, with its subtle violet undertone, using tannin-rich natural dyes. Against this dark background, pale impressions of Chinese toon leaves, bamboo leaves, annual fleabane, hollyhocks, and raspberry leaves spread gently across the silk.

The composition is rich without feeling busy. To me, the plants appear as if they are being illuminated by moonlight in a garden at night. The scarf carries something of the quiet, classical beauty of Chinese blue-and-white porcelain, while also preserving a spring that grew close to me.

Made from soft and lightweight mulberry silk chiffon, this 65 × 65 cm scarf has a quiet, painterly quality. It can be worn in different ways or framed as a piece of botanical textile art, bringing the feeling of a moonlit garden into an interior space.

Each botanical impression was created directly from real plants, making this scarf a unique, one-of-a-kind piece.

Gently hand wash separately in cool water with pH-neutral detergent. Please do not soak or bleach. Dry in the shade and iron on a silk setting if needed.
