elected from your stars, between 3 and 21 days ahead, chosen for the most
auspicious alignment for your question. On that day your spread is laid by
hand at the candlelit table and photographed, so you see your cards exactly
as they fell, in real candlelight, with real shadows. Every pairing, read at
the same depth, on a date that belongs to you both.

Most love readings are written on a script: he pulls away, she waits, let him
lead. This one is built from the two charts in front of me, and charts do not
have genders. Fire still meets Water. A Fixed sign still holds its ground.
The reading between two men, two women, or any pairing is the same depth of
work, because the systems at this table have never once asked who a person
loves. Only how.

For this reading I set two candles at the table, one for each chart, and
lay a sprig of dried lavender across the papers, with a third candle matched
to your sign burning beside your cards. Lavender has carried quiet meaning in
queer history for over a century; in my herb tables it stands for calm after
conflict and clarity of feeling. Both meanings belong here.

How is the date chosen? From your charts: the moon's phase and sign, the
ruling day, and the alignment that best suits your question, between 3 and
21 days out. You receive the date and the reason it was chosen.
Will I need to explain my relationship? No. First name, date of birth,
pronouns if you want them used. That is everything I need.
One of us isn't out. Is that a problem? No. Mention it in your note if it
matters to your question, and it is read as pressure on the connection from
outside, never as a flaw in it.
