RETURN POLICY Every item is custom-printed to order, so we do not accept returns or size exchanges. Please review the size specifications thoroughly before completing your purchase. We cannot accommodate refunds or replacements for sizing discrepancies.

In the rare event you receive a product with manufacturing defects or printing errors, we will fix it. Please send us a message with a clear photo of the issue. Contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery. A free replacement item will be promptly arranged for you.

All sales are final. Because every item is custom-printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. PROCESSING TIME Orders take 2 to 6 business days to process. Every item is quality checked and tracking details are provided upon shipment. Please note that all shipping times listed below are estimates. United States Standard Shipping: 2 to 5 business days Expedited Shipping: 2 business days International United Kingdom, Europe, and Canada: 2 to 6 business days Australia: 2 to 6 business days Rest of the World: 5 to 25 business days IMPORTANT NOTES Holiday seasons and peak periods may affect order processing times. International orders may require customs clearance, which can alter delivery timelines. Any applicable customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Where do you ship from?

We work with trusted print partners in the USA, Canada, UK, and EU. Your order ships from the facility closest to you whenever possible.

WASHING Turn the shirt inside out before washing to protect the graphic print. Machine wash cold with similar colors. Use a gentle cycle with a mild detergent. Do not use fabric softeners to ensure the long-term durability of the design. DRYING Tumble dry on a low heat setting. For maximum longevity, hang-drying the garment is highly recommended. Avoid high heat to prevent shrinkage and keep the print looking sharp. ADDITIONAL NOTES Use only non-chlorine bleach if it is absolutely necessary. If ironing is needed, iron the shirt inside out on a cool setting. Never iron directly over the printed graphic design. Do not dry clean.

My package is late or says “delivered” but I don’t have it—help!

First, please check with your neighbors and contact your local post office, as delivery trucks occasionally mark packages as delivered a day or two early by mistake. If your package is still missing after 48 hours from the noted delivery time, please send us a message. We will look into the tracking details on our end and work with you to locate the shipment or arrange a solution.

Every shirt is printed to order especially for you. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
• Incorrect size selected.
• Color selection.
• Change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We'll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund.

• Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 3 hours of purchase.
• Size, color or shipping address changes must also be requested within 3 hours.
• Once production has started, orders can no longer be cancelled or modified

Each item is printed to order, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for an incorrect size selected by the customer.

EU customers: Products made to order are generally exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU. This does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
