How long does delivery take?

Transit is typically 5–10 business days within the US and 4–8 weeks internationally, however postal delays can occur sometimes so I appreciate your patience and understanding if there is a delay.

Do you accept returns?

Yes ~ contact me first to initiate the process, and send back within 14 days of delivery. Please pack securely and message me with the tracking information.

Do "gift orders" avoid customs fees?

No. International orders marked as gifts must include the invoice, and accurate customs declaration. Marking an order as a gift does not eliminate potential import fees, taxes, or duties.

Raw mineral specimen, unpolished and untreated, exactly as it came out of the ground. You will receive the same cluster shown. Photos were taken outside in sunlight, and indoors with lamplight.
