Will this print properly on A4?

Yes. The pages are set on US Letter and centred, so they fit A4 too — choose "Fit to page" in your printer dialog and nothing is cut off. Margins are symmetric with no gutter, so it prints single- or double-sided. No page is heavy enough to drink your ink.
