* Production time is 3-5 business days, if you need it done sooner please send a convo

* Shipping within Canada: I ship regular mail by Canada Post, there is NO tracking unless you paid extra for expedited shipping

* Shipping to the United States: I am now shipping to the States once a week (typically Mondays) using a broker - you will get your package MUCH faster this way. This means that your package does not go through customs and is shipped by USPS with tracking. You will get a tracking number shortly but the tracking may not start for a day as it makes its way over the border. Most receive their packages a few days after I provide you with the tracking number.
