Most landlord spreadsheets tell you what you spent. This one tells you what you forgot.

Enter two things — when something was last done and how often it repeats — and the workbook works out the next date and colours it for you. Open the file and a banner tells you, in one line, whether anything needs doing today. Green when it doesn't. Red, with numbers, when it does.

You never have to remember to check anything.

TWO THINGS YOU WON'T FIND ELSEWHERE

Chase alerts. Set how many days a job may stay open before it is flagged. Anything past that shows CHASE in red and is counted on the Dashboard. It starts at 14 days — change it to suit how you work.

Compliance that watches itself. The workbook reads today's date every time you open it, so the colours change on their own. There is no button to press and nothing to refresh.

This tracker does not record rent payments. That is deliberate: it keeps the workbook simple and stops it duplicating your accounts.
