How does the digital download work?

Instantly! Once your payment clears, your files are ready under You > Purchases and Reviews on Etsy (a computer works best for downloading). Nothing ships — no physical item, no waiting, no shipping cost. You can re-download your files anytime from your Etsy account.

Every print comes in five ratios — 2:3, 3:4, 4:5, 11:14, and ISO (A-series) — which covers standard frames from a small desk frame up to 16x20, A2, and beyond. No resizing needed; just pick the file that matches your frame.

Where should I print my files?

Anywhere you like! Print at home on matte or fine-art paper, at a local print shop, or through an online print service. For the deep blacks these prints are known for, a matte or lustre finish looks best — glossy can wash out the shadows.

My file won't open or download — what should I do?

First, try downloading on a computer rather than the Etsy app — downloads can be finicky on phones and tablets. If it still won't work, send me a message and I'll get working files to you right away. You'll never be left with a print you can't use.

Can I get a refund on a digital purchase?

Because these are instant digital files, all sales are final and returns aren't possible — this is standard for digital downloads on Etsy. That said, if anything is wrong with your files, message me and I'll always make it right.

Are the frames or props in the photos included?

No — you're purchasing the printable artwork only. The frames and styled rooms in the listing photos simply show how the prints look in a space, so you can picture them in your own home.
