How can a buyer be sure the gold is real?

All jewelry at TWVG is either hallmarked and/or tested for purity. Most jewelry is tested by auction houses and estate sales before being purchased. All jewelry is also tested in house with xrf or digital gold testers. Pictures of hallmarks and or test are provided for each piece of jewelry to ensure complete confidence that it is real. The Timothy William Peace of Mind Guarantee allows for 45 day free returns, so you can examine your gold and even have it tested for yourself.

Is the jewelry packaged in a safe and secure way?

All jewelry is securely packaged inside a black jewelry gift box. Necklaces and bracelets are wrapped up and covered with bubble wrap to prevent any moving and knotting of chains. The gift box is placed in a sealed bag which goes into a white lace gift bag, then put into a blacked out bubble wrap mailing package with no labels. Your package is then shipped USPS with insurance and tracking.
