Okay, so here's the thing about a baseball season: most ballplayers just show up and hope. The ones who level up walk onto the field with ONE focus they control, and walk off with one honest lesson. That's what this journal builds, week after week, from the first goal page to the end-of-season review.

Inside: a full-season mindset system from a sports coach, written for ballplayers. Goals they control, one focus before the first pitch, one honest look after the last out.

WHAT'S INSIDE (27 pages):
• PART 1: WHO I AM AS AN ATHLETE. Identity, strengths and "why I play" pages that build confidence before we ever talk about goals.
• PART 2: MY SEASON GOALS. From big dream to one measurable season goal, three process goals the athlete fully controls, an action plan, and a signed commitment page that makes it real.
• PART 3: GAME DAY PAGES (x10). 2 minutes before the first pitch: one focus. 3 minutes after: honest wins, one thing to work on, and an effort score. Not the scoreboard.
• PART 4: THE RESET. A 5-step routine for tough games and big mistakes (breathe, name it, take the lesson, flush the rest, next play) plus a personal reset plan.
• PART 5: MONTHLY CHECK-INS (x3). Simple progress reviews that keep the goals alive all season.
• PART 6: END OF SEASON. A season review and a letter to your future self.

HOW IT WORKS:
1. Purchase and download instantly
2. Print at home (all pages or just what you need)
3. Fill in the goal pages once, use a Game Day page every game. Not easy. Do it anyway.

WHO IT'S FOR:
• baseball ballplayers ages 13 to 18, boys and girls: club, school and rec teams
• Parents who want a better post-game question than "did you win?" (try: "what was your focus today?")
• Coaches: print for the whole team. Season kickoff, camps, clinics, end-of-season team gifts

WHAT YOU GET:
• 2 PDF files: US Letter + A4
• 27 pages, ink-friendly design for home printing
• Instant digital download. No physical item will be shipped

LICENSE:
Personal and single-team use. Print as many copies as you need for your family or your team. Not for resale or commercial redistribution.

FREE BONUS:
Every download ends with a link to my free 7-day Mini Journal. Grab it, no strings.

If this helped your player, a one-line review helps the next parent find it. Thank you.
