HOW THE MONEY IS COUNTED
• Platform fees are read from your export, never estimated as a fixed % — Airbnb split and host-only fees, Vrbo commission + payment processing, Booking.com commission + payment fee
• Taxes the platform remits are memo only; taxes passed to you are in your payout but not in revenue
• Airbnb payout rows are reconciled against the reservations they bundle; differences are flagged
• Refunds, resolution adjustments and credit notes reduce net revenue in the month they happen
• Nights count once per reservation, in the check-in month, even when a long stay is paid out monthly

WORKS WITH
Microsoft Excel 2016+ / Microsoft 365, Google Sheets (File → Import; set your spreadsheet locale to match the export — explained in Quick Start). Numbers and LibreOffice: opens, dropdowns may need re-adding.
