I do not encourage you to download your files using a mobile device or a tablet.

For editable templates, they won't work on these devices.

For printable designs such as signs, downloading your files on a mobile device or tablet may reduce the quality and resolution of the files which would result in poor print quality.

Some files are zipped up and must be unzipped to use the PDF inside.

Some of the digital products in my shop are editable templates that you can edit with your own details. The process is simple and requires basic word processing skills.

To do so, make sure you are using a desktop or laptop computer, and have the latest version of Adobe Reader installed.

This is very important, because the editable templates will not work if it’s opened in another software or on a mobile device.

→ Open the file in Adobe Reader.
→ Carefully select the sample text and start typing.
→ Do not cut and paste - that can mess up the fonts.
→ Save and print.

Font size and color can be changed by highlighting the text and pressing Ctrl + E (PC) or Cmd + E (Mac). A toolbar appears to allow you to edit accordingly.

For instant downloads and templates, there is NO need to install any fonts. What you see in the sample images will be what you get.

For digital products customized by me, if you prefer that I use another font, get in touch and I will most likely be able to accommodate.

At the moment, all products are digital, in either JPG or PDF format.

All our files are high-resolution at 300dpi. Your printing options:
→ Upload to an online printing service such as Staples or Office Depot, or
→ Save on a thumb drive and bring it to a local print shop, or
→ Print at home, if the size is suitable.

As a seller on Etsy, I mark your order as ‘shipped’ when I have completed and emailed your order. You will likely receive an email notification. This can come across as confusing to some because you may expect to receive an item in your home mailbox. As my shop is entirely digital, there is no physical product sent.

Please check the email account associated with your Etsy account. You can search your email using the Etsy Order Number. If you don't find it, let me know and I will send it again.

My shop accepts PayPal, but as I have a business account with PayPal, you can select to pay with a credit card instead.

Here's how:
→ On the Etsy checkout page, select the PayPal icon.
→ Once you see the PayPal screen, you can either choose to pay with your PayPal account, or you can enter your credit card details.

Orders for customized seating charts and invitations come with 2 free revisions in case you made typo mistakes or need a text adjustment.

There are no free revisions for instant downloads. Adjustments to the designs for instant downloads are available on a case-by-case basis and involves an additional fee. Please message me and provide details of what you require.

For instant downloads, a refund will be given if you have not downloaded the files.

For other products, a refund will be given at the discretion of the seller - usually if the customized work has not started.
