Make an adorable miniature koala keychain with this detailed Crochet Koala Keychain PDF Pattern, created for crocheters who enjoy small amigurumi projects with plenty of visual guidance. The pattern includes 116 steps and 116 photos, taking you through the project from the first magic ring to assembling the finished koala and attaching the keyring. The pattern is marked MED level.

The finished design features a soft gray crochet koala with large rounded ears, white inner ear pieces, a white front patch, black nose, small eyes, tiny legs and tail, plus two little green leaves for an extra eucalyptus-inspired detail. The finished koala can be attached to a keyring to create a cute handmade accessory for keys, bags, pouches, backpacks, or gifting.

The pattern guides you through crocheting and assembling the individual pieces, including the head, ears, white ear insides, body, front patch, legs, tail, and leaves. Most pieces are worked in a continuous spiral, with detailed instructions for shaping, stuffing, positioning, sewing, and finishing each part neatly.

For the project you will need gray yarn for the main koala, small amounts of white and green yarn, black yarn for the nose, a crochet hook suited to your yarn, stuffing, a blunt needle, scissors, stitch marker, keyring, and either small safety eyes or black yarn for embroidered eyes.

The photo-heavy format is especially helpful when working on small amigurumi details such as shaping the head, placing the ears evenly, adding the white ear centers, attaching the body and legs, and positioning the leaves. Each stage is broken into manageable steps so you can follow the construction visually instead of relying on a short written pattern alone.

This listing is for a digital crochet pattern PDF only, not the finished koala keychain. Once completed, you will have a tiny handmade koala charm that makes a lovely personal accessory, small gift, bag charm, or cute addition to your amigurumi collection.
