Order Policy

Since every item is made to order, production begins shortly after your purchase.

For this reason, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or exchanged after 24 hours due to customer-related reasons such as selecting the wrong size, color, design, personalization, or shipping address.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us through Etsy with clear photos of the issue. We'll gladly send a replacement as quickly as possible.

Please note: This policy does not cover normal wear and tear, improper washing or care, accidental damage, or issues that occur after delivery.

Processing & Shipping
Processing Time: 2–5 business days
Standard U.S. Shipping: 4–6 business days

Need your order sooner? Expedited shipping may be available. Please send us a message before placing your order, and we'll be happy to recommend the best shipping option based on your delivery deadline.

Care Instructions

To keep your shirt looking its best:

• Turn the garment inside out before washing.
• Machine wash cold with similar colors.
• Use a mild detergent.
• Do not bleach.
• Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry for the longest-lasting print.
• Do not iron directly on the printed design.
• Do not dry clean.

Following these care instructions will help preserve both the fabric and the print for years to come.
