HOW THE WORKFLOW WORKS
1. Start Here + Setup: Read the cell guide and enter your wedding basics.
2. Vendors: Enter vendor records first. Add contract records in the Contracts table (header row 285; inputs 286-385). Keep the Contract_ID values available for payment entries.
3. Budget: Enter planned amounts and review committed, paid and outstanding totals.
4. Payments: Record installments against the matching contract IDs. Enter payment dates and status, then recheck the Budget view.

Vendors is visible so you can enter the source records needed by this focused workflow. Additional hidden calculation and support sheets retain the connected workbook structure. This is not a promise of automatic syncing between separately purchased files.

GOOGLE SHEETS OPTION
A separate access PDF links to a blank Google Sheets template for this product. Sign in to your Google account, open the link, then choose File > Make a copy. Edit your own copy; the original stays view-only. Start with Start_Here and Setup.

The Google Sheets copy and the downloaded XLSX files are separate; edits do not sync between them. The access guide uses desktop-browser steps. The existing A4/US Letter ZIPs and fictional Sample workbooks remain included.

HOW TO BEGIN WITH DOWNLOADED XLSX
Download the ZIPs from your Etsy purchase. Choose A4 or US Letter, keep the original ZIP as a recovery copy, and read Quick_Start.pdf. Explore Sample, then save a dated working copy of Blank and follow the entry order above.

DOWNLOADED XLSX: APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
The ZIPs contain XLSX files. Application compatibility has not been certified for this release. Google Sheets, Apple Numbers and Excel behavior are not guaranteed. Contact the seller before purchase if you need a specific application; check calculations and layout in your chosen application before relying on the workbook.
