Custom Embossed Coasters with Your Logo | Bulk Pulpboard Coasters (250+) | Printed Beer Mats for Bars and Cafes

EMBOSSED COASTERS - PRESSED INTO THE BOARD, NOT PRINTED ON IT

Send your logo. Approve a digital proof. Receive thick pulpboard
coasters with your mark pressed deep into the board.

Made for bars, cafes, breweries, restaurants and events that would
rather hand someone something that feels made.

No design fee. No plate fee. Free proof on every order.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Order the quantity you want above, and tell us round or square
in a message - both are 90mm and the same price.
2. Upload your logo at checkout, or send it by Etsy Message after
ordering. A .svg or .pdf is best - vector is what lets us emboss
clean edges.
3. We send a digital proof within 24-48 hours. Nothing prints until
you reply "approved".
4. Unlimited proof revisions, no charge for changes.
5. We press, cut and box, then ship tracked.

------------------------------------------------------------

WHAT YOU GET

* Your logo blind embossed - a pressed impression you can feel
* Thick absorbent pulpboard, the same stock used in bars
* 90mm round or square
* Both sides usable - logo one side, anything you like on the other
* Boxed flat
* Tracked shipping with a number you can follow

WHY ORDER IN BULK

Most places selling custom coasters stop at 72. We start at 250, and
the per-coaster cost drops at every tier. One order usually covers a
season of service.

Reorder later and your artwork is already on file, so a repeat order
skips the proof stage entirely.

------------------------------------------------------------

BEFORE YOU ORDER - PLEASE READ

* Made to order from your artwork, so they cannot be resold or
restocked. Check your proof carefully - that is what gets printed.
* Detail below roughly 0.5mm does not emboss cleanly on any board. If
your logo has hairline strokes we will say so at the proof stage
rather than let it print badly.
* Shipping is from Pakistan. Transit is real - the timeline shown at
checkout is the honest one, not a best case. Order with room.
* Need a different size, shape or a full-colour print? Message us
before ordering.

------------------------------------------------------------

Message us before you order if anything is unclear. We would rather
spend ten minutes on your artwork now than reprint later.

ABOUT THE PHOTOS
Some photos in this listing are AI-generated illustrations or supplier sample photos that show the type of product. Your order is made to order from your own logo and artwork, and you approve a digital proof before anything is produced.
