History
Casa Mikael International became known for highly detailed decorative resin figures produced for the gift and holiday market, often using theatrical subjects, exaggerated proportions, antique-inspired colors, glitter accents, and deliberately distressed surfaces.

This horn-playing jester belongs to that decorative tradition and appears to be part of the same coordinated musician group as the Casa Mikael drummer and lyre-playing jester. The oversized instrument and energetic pose make it particularly effective either displayed individually or grouped with other figures from the series.
