The Holy Family, printed and finished by hand in our small family studio in Chilliwack, British Columbia.

Joseph, Mary and the sleeping Christ Child, sculpted as one piece — and behind them a radiant sunburst halo in gold. The rays are printed separately and set into the bust, so the gold reads as its own material against the matte ivory rather than as paint on top of it. Look closely and the Child has a halo of his own, a gold ring resting against Mary's veil.

It is a quiet piece. The three faces are turned toward one another, not toward you.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

Every layer is printed here at the studio and each piece is cleaned up and assembled by hand. Small differences between prints are part of that — no two come out mechanically identical.
