Is a physical item shipped to me?

No. Products marked as digital downloads are delivered electronically. No physical item will be mailed to you.

How do I receive my digital files?

After Etsy confirms your payment, eligible digital files can be accessed through the purchases section of your Etsy account. Please follow the instructions associated with your Etsy order to access your files.

Which file formats are included?

File formats vary by listing and may include PNG, SVG, PDF, EPS, DXF, ZIP, or other digital formats. Always check the individual listing description before purchasing to see exactly what's included.

Are your SVG files compatible with Cricut?

Products described as SVG or Cricut-compatible are designed for use with software that supports the listed file format. Compatibility can vary by device, software version, and machine, so please confirm that your software supports the included format before purchasing.

Can I print my digital purchase?

Printable products can generally be printed at home or through an appropriate printing service, depending on the file type and listing. Colors may vary slightly between screens, printers, paper types, and printing methods.

Can digital products be returned?

Because digital products cannot be physically returned, returns, exchanges, or cancellations may be limited once files have been accessed or downloaded. If you experience a genuine problem with your order, please contact us through Etsy so we can review the issue.

What should I do if my files are compressed?

Some purchases may be provided in a ZIP folder. You'll need to extract or unzip the folder before accessing the individual files. Most computers and modern devices include built-in ZIP extraction tools.

Why does my printed design look different from my screen?

Colors can vary depending on your monitor, device settings, printer, ink, paper, material, and printing method. Because of these differences, exact color matching cannot always be guaranteed.

Can digital designs be resized?

SVG/vector formats are generally suitable for resizing, while PNG and other raster images may lose quality if enlarged significantly. Always review your software requirements and the dimensions provided in the listing.

Do you offer custom designs?

You can message thepatternpick through Etsy to ask about customization. Availability depends on the type of design and current shop offerings. This is better than promising that every product can be customized.
