ShadoArt is a minimalist handmade illustration of your selected photo, laser cut in metal sheet (tin). The result is a unique and delicate transformation of your special moment.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Order process-

1-Pre-Ordering:
Select 1 to 3 high-quality photos with the figures you wish to use and send them to me through Etsy Conversation. I will recommend the best one for a Shado based on my experience. Please specify if you wish to have a custom size and I will quote you a price accordingly.

2-Ordering:
Purchase this listing. In case of a custom size, a private listing will be created.

3-SHADOing:
Within 10-14 days, I shall illustrate the photo and send you a demo based on your selected photo, showing the dimensions, for your review and comments. Amendments and fine tuning of the 2D demo is part of making our project together perfect. A change of the selected photo after this phase will be subjected to an extra charge. I will need your approval to finalize this phase and continue to production. In case there will be no response within a week, I will continue to process the piece on my own discretion.

4-Production:
Your Shado will be prepared and sent to production.

5-Shipping & Delivery:
All items are shipped via Express Mail (door to door).
As this is a custom, handmade art, turnaround time is typically 5-6 weeks.

Hanging Option
While preparing the Shado I make holes that blend in the art, to leave the option for hanging or leaning against the wall. Together with the piece, you'll receive some hanging means and rubber spacers to be placed between the art and the wall, to let the light play.

I am so pleased with this product! I ended up ordering it as a gift for my friends’ wedding and the product was beautiful! It does take some time for the whole process but it’s worth the wait. The service was also excellent with lots of communication and a sketch is sent before the actual product is made. They allowed us to make some minor edits which was super helpful! Highly recommend!
