• Incorrect Shipping Address: Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

• Our plated jewelry is designed for normal wear. However, plating may naturally fade over time, especially when exposed to water, perfumes, lotions, chemicals, sweat, or other harsh substances.
• We cannot accept returns or exchanges for plating wear that occurs after 15 days from the date of delivery or due to improper care.
• For customers seeking long-lasting color and durability, we also offer jewelry crafted in 10K, 14K, and 18K Solid Gold. Solid gold jewelry retains its natural Yellow Gold, White Gold, or Rose Gold properties and will not experience plating wear.
