The tabs at the bottom of the screen remain in English—this is a limitation of Google Sheets, not the template. A lookup table is provided, and you can rename them yourself in two clicks.

Your net invested capital, the current value, your actual ROI. Unrealized and realized gains, shown separately because they represent different types of money. Staking earnings, total fees, the best and worst months, the maximum pullback since your peak. And a detailed breakdown by cryptocurrency: quantity, average cost price, value, and weight in your portfolio.

LIVE PRICES, NO SUBSCRIPTION REQUIRED

A Google Finance formula to paste, and the prices update automatically. For cryptocurrencies not listed by Google, you enter the price manually: the spreadsheet automatically uses the available price.

ACCOUNTING THAT HOLDS UP

Weighted average cost is the method used in most European countries. Capital gains are calculated on a sale-by-sale basis, then aggregated by fiscal year, asset, and platform. Staking, airdrops, and referrals are entered at zero cost and are counted as income, not invested capital.

REBALANCING

You specify the desired weight for each cryptocurrency. The spreadsheet displays your spread and the exact amount to buy or sell to return to the target.
