WHAT IS DELIBERATELY NOT HERE

Form W-4 and Form I-9 are not included. They change, they are free from the agencies that publish them, and a stale copy inside a template pack is worse than no copy at all. The onboarding checklist names each one and says when it is due. This bundle also does not decide worker classification for you: it names the tests the agencies apply and leaves the answer with you and your accountant.
