The 12 worksheets include Setup, Authority, Tasks, Transactions, Reconciliation, Assets, Liabilities, Reimbursements, Distributions, Adviser queries, Lists and Overview. Prepared space includes 200 tasks, 300 transactions, 60 statement forms, 40 authority records, 150 assets, and 100 rows each for liabilities, reimbursements, distributions and adviser queries. Extra rows are not added automatically.

All six country editions are in English: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Ireland and New Zealand. Country terminology and official links differ; confirm the requirements for your own situation.

Use the Executor Tracker in Google Sheets in a browser or Microsoft Excel for Mac. For Sheets, open your country’s Make a Copy link in the guide, sign in to Google with your own account if asked, and create a private working copy. For Excel, extract the ZIP and open your country workbook. Keep an untouched blank original. Excel and Sheets copies do not sync. Software and subscriptions are not included.

The tracker provides record keeping and arithmetic summaries, not legal forms, tax calculations, probate eligibility decisions or permission to distribute. A balanced statement is a cash check, not confirmation that the estate is legally complete. Keep original documents and sensitive details separately; use neutral nicknames and document locations instead of passwords, recovery codes or full identity and account numbers.
