Ladybug First Birthday Invitation, Girl 1st Birthday Invite, Our Little Lady Is Turning One, Pink Gingham Bug Party, Editable Canva Template

Picture your phone buzzing with texts that all say some version of 'this is the cutest thing I've seen' the second you send out this ladybug first birthday invitation to the family group chat. This one skips the usual red and leans into a soft pink and white gingham background, with a hand-painted ladybug resting on a little leaf tucked right inside a big red ONE. A white scalloped oval frames the whole scene, dotted with tiny painted flowers, so it feels more like a keepsake card than a printout. 'Our Little Lady Is Turning One' sits across the top in a mix of serif and script. You edit the name and party details yourself in Canva, then print at home or send to a shop, ready before nap time ends.

WHY THIS LADYBUG FIRST BIRTHDAY INVITATION

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

- Animated mobile evite included. Most editable invitations only hand you a flat picture to send. This ladybug first birthday invitation gives you a moving evite that grabs attention in a group text, and almost nobody in this theme offers it.
- Edit it tonight from your phone. You do not need a laptop or a print shop appointment. Type your details in the free Canva app and you have a card in minutes.
- One purchase, two versions. You get the printable card for the party table and the digital evite for the group chat, so you are not buying separate files.
- A pink and white gingham background with a soft scalloped frame instead of the plain red ladybug print most invites use, so it reads sweet and put together rather than like every other bug themed card.
- Reuse with no expiration. Edit it again for the dessert table sign, favor tags, or thank you cards in the same style.

USE CASES

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

- A mom scrolling for hours settles on this one because the pink and white gingham feels softer than the typical red ladybug print, then types Anna's name into the scalloped frame in minutes.
- Grandma asks for a printed copy to tape on her fridge, so the birthday girl's mom prints one at home and mails it before the party invites even go out digitally.
- A dad building the party Pinterest board matches the tiny painted flowers on the invite to the real flowers he orders for the dessert table.
- A friend helping plan the shower texts a photo of the ladybug resting on the leaf inside the ONE to ask if they can do the same font for the thank you cards.
- A mom short on time edits the date and address on her lunch break, downloads the file, and has it in the group chat before her toddler wakes up from nap.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Q: Can I change the wording 'Our Little Lady Is Turning One' or use my daughter's name instead of the sample?
A: Yes, the text is editable in Canva so you can swap in your child's name and party details. The ladybug graphic inside the ONE stays as shown since the age is built into that artwork.

Q: Is the background just plain pink or is it the gingham pattern shown in the photos?
A: The card uses the pink and white gingham background exactly as pictured, with the white scalloped oval and hand-painted flowers layered on top, so what you see is what prints.

Q: Can I change the ladybug first birthday invitation colors to match my party?
A: Yes. The Pink and White colors, the hand-painted ladybug on a leaf inside a scalloped oval, and every text color are editable in Canva, so you can warm it up or keep it soft. If you want a coordinating dessert sign or thank you card in the same look, check the rest of the shop for matching pieces.

Q: Does the animated mobile evite really move?
A: Yes. The evite version has gentle motion that plays when your guests open it on their phone, which is what makes it stand out in a busy group text. You send it as a link or video through text, WhatsApp, or email, and there is nothing for your guests to download.

Q: Can I edit this ladybug first birthday invitation on my phone?
A: Yes. Basic phone editing is supported through the free Canva app, so you can type the name, the date, and the address right from your phone tonight. A tablet or computer gives you a bit more room, but a phone is enough to finish and send it.

Q: Do I need to pay for Canva or design software?
A: No. The template opens in a free Canva account and there is nothing to install. Everything you need to change the wording and colors works on the free plan.

Q: How do I print the invitation once it is done?
A: Download the print ready PDF with crop marks and print at home on cardstock, use a local print shop, or upload to an online printer. The file is sized 5x7 inches, and the JPG is best for texting or posting the invitation digitally.

Q: Will I get a physical invitation in the mail?
A: No. This is a digital template for personal use only and no physical item will be shipped. You receive editable files instantly so you can print or send them yourself the same day.

Q: Can I reuse this for other party items?
A: Yes. There is no expiration on your edits and downloads, so you can reopen the template for a matching welcome sign, favor tags, or thank you cards in the same style. Coordinating designs are available in the shop if you would rather grab a ready bundle.
