How many wishlists do you actually need? What lands in your bank account after Steam's cut, refunds, regional pricing and tax? How many months can you survive after launch?

WORKS WITH: Microsoft Excel 2016 or newer and Google Sheets (File > Import). DOES NOT: pull live data from Steam (you type wishlists, price and costs), predict your sales, or replace your Steamworks reports; it is a what-if calculator with formulas you can read. No macros.

This spreadsheet answers those three questions with numbers you can defend.

FORECAST
Week-1 and first-year units and gross for each scenario, then a full waterfall: gross → after regional pricing → after Steam → after refunds → after VAT → after publisher → after fees → net before tax → net after tax. Every deduction shown as its own line so you see where the money goes. Plus revenue per wishlist and BREAK-EVEN WISHLISTS (how many you need for first-year net to cover what you spent getting to launch).

RUNWAY
Cash at launch, then a 12-month post-launch table per scenario with an editable revenue-timing curve. Negative months turn red.
