The Mobile Notary Fee and Profit Dashboard is a browser app in one HTML file for a mobile notary or loan signing agent, for working out the net pay on any signing offer after printing, travel and supplies, the floor every offer has to clear, who owes you and for how long, and the mileage and print figures for your tax preparer. Nothing to install, no account, works offline on a computer or tablet. Instant download.

A signing service offers $150 for a loan signing across town, and most notaries say yes or no on the fee alone. The fee is not the money. Three hundred pages to print, twenty-four miles, supplies, and a floor that almost nobody has worked out. This dashboard answers it on one screen: that signing nets $147.60, it clears your floor, take it. At $125 the same job nets $122.60, and the app says counter.

🔧 HOW IT WORKS

1. Open the file, click Load sample data, and look around. Then Settings → Clear all data and type your own fees and costs into Your Numbers. The sample floor is $141.86 net per signing from a $60,000 take home target, 25% set aside for tax, $1,710 of fixed costs and 576 signings a year.
2. Price an offer in the Signing Calculator. The sample loan signing at $150 with scanbacks, 150 pages in 2 sets and 24 miles nets $147.60 in 1.75 hours: accept. Type $125 and it nets $122.60: counter.
3. Save it to the log. The dashboard, the aging page and the mileage page read from the log; print the invoice when the company is slow.

What format is this? One HTML file that runs in your web browser, plus a PDF quick start guide and a text read-me. You get a zip file to download the moment payment clears.

Do I need Excel, or an internet connection? Neither. The app opens in Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox on a computer or tablet and runs offline. Everything you type stays in your own browser on your own device; export a backup from Settings.

What does it compute? The net on any signing after printing, travel and supplies; the net per hour; your floor and the accept, counter or pass verdict; invoice aging by client with real average days to pay; miles, drive cost, tax mileage and print cost by month; and a printable invoice.

Is this legal advice, or a notary journal? No. It is a business calculator. What a notary charges for the notarial act itself, what must be recorded, and what a journal must contain are set by each state's commissioning authority.
