This is not a decorated to-do list. It is seven linked Notion databases built the way a producer would build them:

Includes the things people learn the hard way: Steam Direct fee recoup, tax interview, capsule sizes, clean-install test, release button is manual, 48-hour crash watch.
• BUDGET — planned vs actual per line item, variance formula, chart by category.
