🔧 HOW IT WORKS

1. Open the file, click Load sample data, and look around. Then Settings → Clear all data and type your own load prices, surcharges, dump fee per ton and crew costs into Your Rates. The sample truck is 15 yards; type yours.
2. Price a job in the Load Calculator. The sample half load with two mattresses and one appliance is $434.00 and nets $210.40 after a $48 dump fee, $140 of labor and $35.60 for the truck. Slide it to 3/4 load and it is $564.00, netting $316.40.
3. Save it as a job, put it on the route, log the scale ticket when you tip, and print the quote or the invoice from the same page.

What format is this? One HTML file that runs in your web browser, plus a PDF quick start guide and a text read-me. You get a zip file to download the moment payment clears.

Do I need Excel, or an internet connection? Neither. The app opens in Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox on a computer, tablet or phone and runs offline. Everything you type stays in your own browser on your own device; export a backup from Settings.

What does it compute? The price of a job from the load fraction, the surcharge items, heavy material and access; the dump fee estimated from the load or taken from the scale ticket; labor and truck cost; the net, the net per crew hour and the margin; a day's route with dump runs, miles, hours and net; the real cost per ton; the jobs a month a take home target needs; and a printable quote or invoice.
